Adam McLaughlin and his workforce are all skilled tradesmen and pride themselves in providing quality workmanship and competitively priced high class joinery work. The company’s expertise lies in bespoke joinery - creating interior or exterior doors, windows, panelling, timber moulding and staircases to be in keeping with a property’s original style.
We believe our success in bespoke joinery lies in the skill of our craftsmen and the ability to interpret the project’s requirements. “Our starting point is often a request to ‘match that, please’ or a customer’s rough idea sketched on paper. That’s fine with us - we are happy to work closely with our customers to achieve the desired results” says Adam McLaughlin, the company’s director.
Bespoke joinery projects come in all shapes and sizes – Adam McLaughlin Joinery can handle them all. Projects may include designing and manufacturing interior doors and windows for one of Ayrshire’s numerous Class A listed buildings where it is imperative to replicate original shape and form. Recent work also includes manufacturing a Rennie Mackintosh-style staircase to match the property’s existing stair, crafting elegant radiator covers and building a traditional wooden chest to a customer’s exacting brief.
Adam McLaughlin Joinery are also delighted to be involved in heritage projects – the company was commissioned by Historic Scotland to replace the main oak doors at Symington Church, a local historic building.
